Excellent service, we were delayed 60 mins coming out of the airport because my bag went missing but our driver was very understanding and soon had us at our villa.

Would use these taxis again. The only criticism is that we had to wait a while on arrival at Faro. However, we had got in well on time and our bags were out very quickly. The driver was extremely apologetic and more than made up for it by giving us very detailed information about recommended places and restaurants to visit. I left my reading glasses in the taxi and he went out of his way later that night to return them to the hotel. The return journey was faultless and cars were both pristine (we hadn't ordered leather).

The Algarserra website was easy to negotiate, with all prices clear and easy to understand and no hidden extras. The driver was on time, very courteous and asked a couple of times if we were comfortable. The vehicle was a modern and comfortable Mercedes and the driver drove in a safe manner. We missed our representative at the airport but we managed to meet with one of your drivers who was there to meet others. He was exceptionally helpful and arranged a substitute car. Everything after that was absolutely fine, the drivers were very pleasant and helpful, journey was very comfortable and the taxi arrived on time at our hotel for the return trip to the airport All in all the service was very good and we really enjoyed our holiday in Lagos.

I was recommended Algaserra by my brother who has used them before and has had no problems previously. The reason for 3 stars on this occasion is that the driver waited until the time of collection to try and locate the address of the apartment. I just feel it would not have taken much to look up the address and get directions to it before leaving. Despite this, when eventually picked up, the driver was courteous and took us right to the airport door and at a very competitive price. The vehicles are clean and well kept. I will use them again but would suggest the driver to know the actual whereabouts of the address before pickup.

I have found Algarserra absolutely brilliant, they are always on time to pick you up from the airport and also on your return journey to the airport.
