I was recommended Algaserra by my brother who has used them before and has had no problems previously. The reason for 3 stars on this occasion is that the driver waited until the time of collection to try and locate the address of the apartment. I just feel it would not have taken much to look up the address and get directions to it before leaving. Despite this, when eventually picked up, the driver was courteous and took us right to the airport door and at a very competitive price. The vehicles are clean and well kept. I will use them again but would suggest the driver to know the actual whereabouts of the address before pickup.

I have booked my transfers with Algarserra from Faro airport to my resort for the last two years. I have found Algarserra absolutely brilliant, they are always on time to pick you up from the airport and also on your return journey to the airport. They catered for every passenger who travelled with us i.e. booster seats, enough luggage space. Every driver was very pleasant and we were very pleased with the service provided, I will most definitely use them again. My wife, daughter and I were picked up by your driver Paulo from Faro to Vilamoura on Sat 25th June and returned back to Faro on Sun 3rd July. Paulo has to be the best driver my family and I have ever had! He was easily visible in arrivals, helped with the luggage and trolleys, was kind enough to give us some bottles of water and gave us some excellent tips on restaurants and places to visit (as we’d asked) as it was our first time in Portugal. Because of Paulo, I have written an “Excellent” review on Facebook and will be recommending your services to all family and friends when they visit. Arriving at Faro we were meet by the young driver who was very pleasant. Only problem was that it took us a bit longer than expected to arrive at the destination as he got lost a couple of times until I gave him the print out directions and a contact number which got us to our Villa.
