My wife, daughter and I were picked up by your driver Paulo from Faro to Vilamoura on Sat 25th June and returned back to Faro on Sun 3rd July. Paulo has to be the best driver my family and I have ever had! He was easily visible in arrivals, helped with the luggage and trolleys, was kind enough to give us some bottles of water and gave us some excellent tips on restaurants and places to visit (as we’d asked) as it was our first time in Portugal. Because of Paulo, I have written an “Excellent” review on Facebook and will be recommending your services to all family and friends when they visit. We hope to return to Faro, Portugal again soon, and will most certainly be arranging our collection/drop off with your company. Kindest regards.

Very easy to book on the webside and confirmations came through instantly. Confirmation of pick-up times were delivered by text. Our flight was delayed but driver was there to meet us. He was very courteous and helped us with our luggage. We were picked up on time on our journey back to the airport and the driver was friendly. Cars on both occasions very comfortable and clean. Would definitely use again for transfers in the Algarve and would highly recommend to other travellers.

Arriving at Faro we were meet by the young driver who was very pleasant. Only problem was that it took us a bit longer than expected to arrive at the destination as he got lost a couple of times until I gave him the print out directions and a contact number which got us to our Villa. On the return journey we had a very pleasant experience and the gentleman was so helpful and full of information. All in all a good service which I will us again, thanks.

My experience was first class all the way. On my return journey to the airport, I was that idiot tourist who left both passport and smartphone in the taxi. After a quick call (by my daughter on her phone) to the office explaining my predicament, the driver came rushing to find me to give me both passport and phone - crisis averted . Apart from the drama, the service was excellent - lovely cars, polite drivers, will certainly be recommending.

Extremely easy to use website to get quotation and to book our transport. The vehicle was very clean and had plenty of room for our luggage and ourselves. The driver was vert polite, friendly, courteous and spoke good English so we could have a conversation, and he knew where our accommodation was. Our flight was 1h 20 mins late getting to Faro, so we were happy to see the cabby still there when we exited the arrivals baggage. Very pleasant man, spoke much better english than our Portuguese! Drove well. Vehicle a little tight inside but for our 40 minute trip with 4x golf clubs plus 4x bags it needed a bigger boot so a van style vehicle is what you expect. 2nd year we have used these guys and they are proving very reliable.

Overall an excellent experience from the moment of booking to arrival at destination. Luis on the reservations team is extremely efficient. The driver Ricardo was extremely pleasant and the vehicle was extremely comfortable. I have been booking taxis for many years from Faro Airport but this was the first time we used Algarserra. I wanted to let you know that the driver on the return journey, Francisco, was an absolute gentleman. He spoke excellent English and really could not have done more to help us. I would highly recommend Algarserra and will definitely use them in the future.

Transfers were very comfortable and on time however we had ordered two child seats and on both journeys we only had one child seat and one booster which was a bit disappointing. Apart from that everything great.
