Perfect transfer service. Driver waited at arrival for more than an hour due to flight delay and baggage issues. Short call with customer support helped but was not necessary anyway. Also excellent on back transport to airport, we were picked up in a large resort direct at our building. Drivers were always kind and helpful (luggage etc). Nice and well maintained cars. Would use these taxis again. The only criticism is that we had to wait a while on arrival at Faro. However, we had got in well on time and our bags were out very quickly. The driver was extremely apologetic and more than made up for it by giving us very detailed information about recommended places and restaurants to visit. I left my reading glasses in the taxi and he went out of his way later that night to return them to the hotel. The return journey was faultless and cars were both pristine (we hadn't ordered leather).

We missed our representative at the airport but we managed to meet with one of your drivers who was there to meet others. He was exceptionally helpful and arranged a substitute car. Everything after that was absolutely fine, the drivers were very pleasant and helpful, journey was very comfortable and the taxi arrived on time at our hotel for the return trip to the airport All in all the service was very good and we really enjoyed our holiday in Lagos.
