All went well with the drivers. They were very responsible. Arriving, the driver waited a short time because our weren't there yet. Leaving, the driver was even earlier than we asked. Very good. Only the baby chair was bit old arriving in Lagos.

As ever the driver met us at the airport and was helpful with bags and baby seat. We got to our holiday address in very fine shape. I paid for both trips with the first driver. On the return leg we had to ring your office at 9.30 as the car had not arrived. The driver had gone to the wrong address but quickly arrived at our door once he was informed of his mistake. We shall see you again in September.

Driver both ways was courteous and helpful. We didn't have to wait, they were ready for us before the time wed'd arranged but didn't rush us at all. Cars were comfortable. Children's booster seats were provided. Help given to load cases. I cannot fault this taxi service. Cheaper than others too!

By mistake the driver was sent to the wrong location to pick me up, this meant he was 15 mins late. It wasn't an issue as I'd booked the transfer in plenty of time and when I phoned to see where they were you were very easy to get hold of and to understand what had gone wrong. The driver then got to the correct location in plenty of time and I got to the airport in plenty of time. Goos service overall!

Perfect transfer service. Driver waited at arrival for more than an hour due to flight delay and baggage issues. Short call with customer support helped but was not necessary anyway. Also excellent on back transport to airport, we were picked up in a large resort direct at our building. Drivers were always kind and helpful (luggage etc). Nice and well maintained cars.
