Our driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall. We spotted him immediately as he had a card printed with our name on. He helped my husband with our (quite heavy) suitcases, refusing to let me handle them. The car was immaculately clean and obviously very well cared for. We felt very safe both with the vehicle itself and the driving. The driver was very informative about the area, explaining interesting features along the way. We used the same transfer back to the airport and it was again same driver that met us. We were very pleased indeed with the service we received and have no hesitation in recommending Algarserra.

Website was easy to use and follow. On my outward and return journey both drivers were polite and friendly. On my outward journey I was given a bottle of water, which was a lovely gesture. Unfortunately, this was not given on my return journey. On my return journey the driver was also a few minutes late. All-in-all a stress free and good transfer experience, I would use the company again.

I would like to pass on my thanks for the excellent service of your company during our stay in the Algarve. Your driver went the extra mile to provide great customer service and having worked in the customer service industry myself for many years I can assure you that your drivers absolutely stood out. From the short notice we gave you (only 24 hrs, other companies require 48 hrs) to the reasonable pricing.. all was good! Your drivers were on time and very friendly. Marcelo even took time out to stop by a cash point and supermarket, this was very much appreciated as it was late in the eve and unknown to the area so by doing so we could get the basic necessities for our kids. We will highly recommend you, I've already left a good review on TripAdvisor and we will definitely use your services again when we go back to the area. Many thanks for taking a bit of stress out of our holiday.

We booked a return trip from Faro to Alvor. The drivers were on time, well presented and the vehicles were modern clean and very comfortable. The driver that collected us from the airport was so helpful, told us about the local areas, food, restaurants and what wine to request. It made for a very interesting journey and the advice was invaluable. I would definitely use this company again I was very impressed with their service and would recommend others to try them too.

The drive from Salgados to the Airport was excellent, with a driver speaking a very good English and was on time for the pick-up. But a few days earlier, for the Faro airport to Gala drive, the driver was a bit late at the airport - we had to wait a few minutes. Apart from that drivers were very polite and friendly. Vehicles were very clean and looked brand new. I noticed a baby chair in the trunk to be used if necessary which is a good care. Website is easy to use, except that you discover a bit late that a two-way drive shall have the same deposit/pick-up location. Thanks!
