Excellent service. The driver (sorry I can't remember his name) arrived 5 minutes early. He was immaculate, polite, friendly and extremely professional. His English was very good too! We will definitely use your service again and highly recommend you and in particular the lovely driver.

Both transfers were seamless. Met on arrival and taken to minibus for a fast and efficient journey. The driver was very pleasant and informative On our return to airport our taxi was exactly on time and again the driver was very pleasant and gave us a few tips on where to go and what to do next time in Algarve. Both minibuses were high standard and very clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for transfers.

Looking to book transfers from Faro airport to Lagos and back, I found the Algarserra website very easy to use and contained all the information I needed. Booking was simple and an immediate email confirmed the booking and gave very detailed information about how to find the driver etc. I really liked the way Algarserra also sent text reminders to my phone the day before both journeys - this gave me the reassurance that the transfers would know where to go and be on time. When we arrived at Faro airport, our driver was waiting (as promised) with a named sign; the driver was smart, very cheerful and friendly. He loaded our luggage for us and we had a pleasant journey. Our return transfer to Faro airport was very early morning & again it arrived spot on time. Again, the driver was a perfect gentleman, who spoke excellent English, insisted on loading our luggage and we had a smooth journey in a lovely car. I can't recommend Algarserra highly enough - reliable, friendly & very courteous.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that on arrival back at Faro the driver wasn't at the "usual" pick up point. This worried us as we thought we weren't going to be picked up. Hence, me having to telephone to find out where he was. Regards.

Very simple to book. I would recommend that they send a text to confirm the cars arrival 30 minutes before as I wasn’t 100% sure and had to phone up to check. The service was excellent though.

Excellent service. Appreciated the option to pay in cash on arrival. Two things to note: 1 - Since I last arrived at Faro airport (4 years ago?) everything has changed. Previously I came out of customs and met the transfer people at a desk after turning right - now you must not go right, but turn left. This should be stressed. 2 - The pickup driver had our name on a phone screen, but this had gone to black screen/screen saver. When we couldn't see our name being held by anyone, we asked what name he had and he had to open the screen to show us.

Everything is now being arranged in a different way inside the terminal and once those changes finish we will update the information on our customers vouchers. It's a temporary situation.
