First time using this company. If was just fantastic. Easy and reasonable price. Different payment options. Remider about pick up times and where to find driver where so clear. The driver we had pick us up on arrival and return. He was just lovely, very enthusiastic and really a lovely start to our holiday. It was like a guided tour to our resort lol. Explaining what cetrain building where, weather etc. He was awsome with our vechicle obsessed 2 year old. Pointing out limos, police cars, boats, planes, bridges lol. What a lovely person. Thanks so much

Fantastic service provided on our most recent trip to Portugal, even after my partner collected the wrong suitcase and we had to turn back to swap them when already half way to the hotel! You really shouldn't use anyone else other than Algarserra Transfers, while in the Algarve, Portugal. From flight transfers, to visiting any destination outside of your holiday venue, they can organise it all. I particularly made several changes to my original booking, the team at Algarserra would adapt to the changes, professionally, quickly and without fuss. I have been using them for 10 years and really don't look anywhere else. Both reliable and competitively priced.

I just got back from a week in the Algarve and cannot recommend Algarserra highly enough, from the initial email contact to establish costs (our destination wasn't on the drop down list) to the friendly member of staff awaiting us at the airport to the friendly and punctual driver (he was exactly on time for our return journey to the airport), thank you for helping to make our holiday a stress-free experience! We were debating whether to hire a car or not but in the end I'm so glad we didn't and used Algarserra instead to get to our destination.

In total we used Algarserra about 6 times during our long weekend and everything was great. We were a group of 20 people so at times more than one vehicle was needed, on one occasion one of the vehicle was 10 mins later than the other. But far that everything went smoothly. I have used Algarserra taxi transfer from Faro airport to Vilamoura at least 8 times in the last two years and have found them to be very punctual and reliable service. The taxi is spotless and have found all the drivers very courteous and helpful. I would have no problem in recommending them to my family or friends or anybody who wants a smooth and stress free transfer from airport to their hotel. I will be using Algarserra for my next transfer later in the year.

I booked my transfer from the UK, to meet me at the airport in Faro. I was a little worried as did not know of Algarserra, before my travels. Upon reaching the arrivals area, I was greeted by a very polite nicely dressed English speaking transfer agent, she quickly took my details, and introduced me to my driver. The driver too also very professional, my transfer to my hotel was enjoyable, seeing the sights on the way. I also had a return pick up, which the driver was slightly early, leaving nothing to stress about prior to catching my next flight. Thank you Algarserra, I would definitely book with you again!

Online booking was easier than I had imagined. I got reminders both by email and text which were great. Both Carlton on the outbound journey and Luis on our return journey were polite, smart, courteous and helpful. Both were on time and both vehicles were clean and had air conditioning which was fabulous. Carlton had to wait at the airport for quite some time due to baggage handling delays and he was still visible at the designated waiting spot and didn't complain at all.
