On arrival at Faro we were picked and taken to Hotel with no problem. On the way home the transfer arrived a bit late at the Hotel, we had to travel faster to the airport and this time with very little conversation from driver.

Hello! We were collected at the airport, had a very smooth transfer to Vilamoura. I had to change my pickup destination and emailed the company, all changes were made. The company is efficient, prices are good and drivers and cars a good reflection of an excellent company. I will be using their transfer services again.

By mistake the driver was sent to the wrong location to pick me up, this meant he was 15 mins late. It wasn't an issue as I'd booked the transfer in plenty of time and when I phoned to see where they were you were very easy to get hold of and to understand what had gone wrong. The driver then got to the correct location in plenty of time and I got to the airport in plenty of time. Goos service overall!

I was recommended Algaserra by my brother who has used them before and has had no problems previously. The reason for 3 stars on this occasion is that the driver waited until the time of collection to try and locate the address of the apartment. I just feel it would not have taken much to look up the address and get directions to it before leaving. Despite this, when eventually picked up, the driver was courteous and took us right to the airport door and at a very competitive price. The vehicles are clean and well kept. I will use them again but would suggest the driver to know the actual whereabouts of the address before pickup.

My wife, daughter and I were picked up by your driver Paulo from Faro to Vilamoura on Sat 25th June and returned back to Faro on Sun 3rd July. Paulo has to be the best driver my family and I have ever had! He was easily visible in arrivals, helped with the luggage and trolleys, was kind enough to give us some bottles of water and gave us some excellent tips on restaurants and places to visit (as we’d asked) as it was our first time in Portugal. Because of Paulo, I have written an “Excellent” review on Facebook and will be recommending your services to all family and friends when they visit. We hope to return to Faro, Portugal again soon, and will most certainly be arranging our collection/drop off with your company. Kindest regards.

My experience was first class all the way. On my return journey to the airport, I was that idiot tourist who left both passport and smartphone in the taxi. After a quick call (by my daughter on her phone) to the office explaining my predicament, the driver came rushing to find me to give me both passport and phone - crisis averted . Apart from the drama, the service was excellent - lovely cars, polite drivers, will certainly be recommending.

The transfer back to the airport was in a minibus. As far as I was aware I had paid to be transferred by E class Mercedes both ways not one way. This was a bit disappointing but the service was good. Regards, Nick.
