We got good information after the booking till pick up. The driver arrived in due time, the car was clean and suited for the purpose. We had a pleasant ride. The driver was polite, gently and drove carefully, but steady. We are very satisfied with this transport. As also we are with the pick up at the Airport for Faro.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that on arrival back at Faro the driver wasn't at the "usual" pick up point. This worried us as we thought we weren't going to be picked up. Hence, me having to telephone to find out where he was. Regards.

We are very happy with Algarserra. Always picked up in time by a nice chauffeur. Pleasant journey in a nice car. The booking is also easy on their website. Looking forward to next time.

Excellent service. Appreciated the option to pay in cash on arrival. Two things to note: 1 - Since I last arrived at Faro airport (4 years ago?) everything has changed. Previously I came out of customs and met the transfer people at a desk after turning right - now you must not go right, but turn left. This should be stressed. 2 - The pickup driver had our name on a phone screen, but this had gone to black screen/screen saver. When we couldn't see our name being held by anyone, we asked what name he had and he had to open the screen to show us.

Our response: Hello Michael, thanks for the feedback. You are right, the airport has undergone some renovation works inside the terminal and somethings have changed since then. Everything is now being arranged in a different way inside the terminal and once those changes finish we will update the information on our customers vouchers. It's a temporary situation. All worked very smoothly. Despite a delay on our flight our driver was ready and waiting. Very polite and I recommend taking the expresso route to Tavira. Gets you there very quickly from the airport.

Faultless service, 2nd time I've booked Algarserra, Bruno was our driver this time... cannot recommend highly enough... clean comfortable vehicles, courteous drivers and fantastic rates.

Would use these taxis again. The only criticism is that we had to wait a while on arrival at Faro. However, we had got in well on time and our bags were out very quickly. The driver was extremely apologetic and more than made up for it by giving us very detailed information about recommended places and restaurants to visit. I left my reading glasses in the taxi and he went out of his way later that night to return them to the hotel. The return journey was faultless and cars were both pristine (we hadn't ordered leather).

Hello, sorry I haven't replied earlier I do not have internet access. On arrival at Faro airport was worried because the flight was an hour late, but your driver was there holding a placard with our name. He was excellent put as at ease over being late and took us to his spotlessly clean car. He was kind, well mannered and spoke very good English. He gave us a very comfortable ride to our apartment. I would not hesitate to use you firm again, and I will recommend using you to all family and friends. Please pass this on to the driver who made us so welcome. Many thanks, Mr and Mrs Corns.
