We booked a return trip from Faro to Alvor. The drivers were on time, well presented and the vehicles were modern clean and very comfortable. The driver that collected us from the airport was so helpful, told us about the local areas, food, restaurants and what wine to request. It made for a very interesting journey and the advice was invaluable. I would definitely use this company again I was very impressed with their service and would recommend others to try them too.

Excellent service. We were joined on our holiday by family and friends so used your company 5 times in 10 days. Every time the driver was there waiting at the airport or at our apartments. Offered to stop and get water if we wanted. Very comfortable cars. We go to Portugal a lot and will always use your company.

Arriving at Faro we were meet by the young driver who was very pleasant. Only problem was that it took us a bit longer than expected to arrive at the destination as he got lost a couple of times until I gave him the print out directions and a contact number which got us to our Villa. On the return journey we had a very pleasant experience and the gentleman was so helpful and full of information. All in all a good service which I will us again, thanks.

Extremely easy to use website to get quotation and to book our transport. The vehicle was very clean and had plenty of room for our luggage and ourselves. The driver was vert polite, friendly, courteous and spoke good English so we could have a conversation, and he knew where our accommodation was. We have been using Algarserra twice a year for past 6yrs and never had a problem, and would highly recommend the company.

The driver was early and before we started our journey he advised us on the various routes. We opted for the quickest one along a toll road. Perfect journey and appreciative of the advice. Also it was much cheaper than the hotels own service and it was very easy to book online.

Transfers were very comfortable and on time however we had ordered two child seats and on both journeys we only had one child seat and one booster which was a bit disappointing. Apart from that everything great.
