Our driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall. We spotted him immediately as he had a card printed with our name on. He helped my husband with our (quite heavy) suitcases, refusing to let me handle them. The car was immaculately clean and obviously very well cared for. We felt very safe both with the vehicle itself and the driving. The driver was very informative about the area, explaining interesting features along the way. We used the same transfer back to the airport and it was again same driver that met us. We were very pleased indeed with the service we received and have no hesitation in recommending Algarserra.

Website was easy to use and follow. On my outward and return journey both drivers were polite and friendly. On my outward journey I was given a bottle of water, which was a lovely gesture. Unfortunately, this was not given on my return journey. On my return journey the driver was also a few minutes late. All-in-all a stress free and good transfer experience, I would use the company again.

Your driver went the extra mile to provide great customer service and having worked in the customer service industry myself for many years I can assure you that your drivers absolutely stood out. From the short notice we gave you (only 24 hrs, other companies require 48 hrs) to the reasonable pricing.. all was good! Your drivers were on time and very friendly. Marcelo even took time out to stop by a cash point and supermarket, this was very much appreciated as it was late in the eve and unknown to the area so by doing so we could get the basic necessities for our kids. We will highly recommend you, I've already left a good review on TripAdvisor and we will definitely use your services again when we go back to the area. Many thanks for taking a bit of stress out of our holiday.

Perfect transfer service. Driver waited at arrival for more than an hour due to flight delay and baggage issues. Short call with customer support helped but was not necessary anyway. Also excellent on back transport to airport, we were picked up in a large resort direct at our building. Drivers were always kind and helpful (luggage etc). Nice and well maintained cars. I have booked my transfers with Algarserra from Faro airport to my resort for the last two years. I have found Algarserra absolutely brilliant, they are always on time to pick you up from the airport and also on your return journey to the airport. They catered for every passenger who travelled with us i.e. booster seats, enough luggage space. Every driver was very pleasant and we were very pleased with the service provided, I will most definitely use them again. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for an excellent great value transfer company.
