That information will be present at the end of the online booking process in your confirmation voucher.

• You can always pay later to the driver in cash (Euros only).
• Online payment with your Paypal account.
• Online payment using your credit card (doesn't require registration or logins).

All prices shown in the website are per transfer, not per person. If you select the "return transfer" option the price is always twice the initial one and the total price for your request will be automatically updated.

At the end of the online booking process you will be presented with the confirmation voucher meaning that your reservation entered successfully in our system and it is confirmed. A duplication of the the confirmation voucher is sent to your email as well.

There is no need to worry. We always check your flight status directly with Lisbon Airport and will wait until you arrive - no extra charge!

Yes. The seats are free of charge and they must be requested in the optional "Children Safety" section of the online booking form. When choosing this option you also have to specify the respective ages.

Yes. If your return pickup location is different from the drop. Please book two separate transfers.

Each transfer passenger is expected to carry no more than two luggage items. If you're carrying extra or special luggage please don't forget to mention it on the "Special Remarks" field so we can provide you with a suitable vehicle.

• We only accept online reservations for the next day or later - Lisbon/Portugal Time (UTC/GMT).
• To book an airport transfer for the current day - February 06 - you must call us directly.
• Please note that we cannot guarantee your transfer request will be fulfilled and an urgent service tax may be applied to your final price.

Transfers are direct, door-to-door.

• To make booking amendments you must first cancel your reservation and then submit another one with the new information.
• To automatically cancel your booking use the link present in the confirmation voucher.
• Payments Refund Policy: in case you have already paid for your airport transfer you will be totally refunded within a week.
